1. Nature of the Service

• Influencer Growth Lab provides social proof marketing and optimization services for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Our services are designed to improve the appearance and reach of your profiles externally.

2. Warranty and Replacement (Refill) Policy

• We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee on selected services (identified with the label "Refill" or "Guarantee").

• If the number of followers, likes, or interactions decreases during this period, we will replace them at no additional cost.

• The guarantee does not apply if the user's profile is changed to "Private" or if the post is deleted after purchase.

3. Customer Requirements

• For the service to be completed successfully, the customer's profile must be set to PUBLIC.

• Any order placed to a private account will result in automatic cancellation or delivery failure without the right to an immediate refund.

4. Delivery Times

• Most services start instantly or within 0 to 1 hour after payment confirmation.

• Completion times depend on the size of the order and the specific social network.

5. Exclusion of Liability

• We do not request or require access to your account (passwords).

• We are not responsible for the actions that social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) may take on your account, as the use of these services is the user's responsibility.

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not offered once the order has entered a "Processing" or "Completed" status.

• A refund will be issued to the user's balance only if the system cannot complete the order due to technical reasons on our platform.
